Monthly fees at each residence include meals, activities, housekeeping, laundry, 24 hour on site staff, personal emergency response system, and electricity / heating / AC. At the Senior Living residence, the Fees include personal care as well. Fees do not include amenities such as items purchased at the country store, services at the beauty salon, laundry, and Internet and cable access. However, WiFi is free.
Apartments come unfurnished and are in move-in condition. However, we can also help with furnishings as well.
