Stay fit and active and make new friends, too!

Daily life at each community is far from boring. From morning walking excursions to weekly book clubs, you’ll find something to help keep a sparkle in your eye and a spring in your step.

Each week we post our Daily Activities schedule. You’ll find plenty to stimulate your thinking: build a puzzle, talk about current events or books, play bingo or take a trip with other residents to local areas of interest. And because you’re independent, you’re free to go shopping, take in a movie or eat out for lunch. It’s your choice. Monthly field trips to local attractions are a favorite activity.

activitiesStaying fit is a lifelong pursuit. We’ll help ensure you get the right exercise. Attend the Exercise Group each morning after breakfast or the walks around the neighborhood. Join the Fit 4Life Program sponsored by the Council of Aging and Tufts School of Nutrition, or the SAIL program (Stay Active and Independent for Life) to help prevent falls.

We also recognize that spiritual well-being is equally important, and our community rooms are used by many of our residents for a wide variety of religious services and meditations.

“What have you done with my mother? She used to be very quiet and isolated… now she’s a social butterfly!”
– John S.
